I didn’t have a straw nearby, so I used the tube of an ink pen.

Thank you! I needed this TODAY! I’ve been on vocal rest for a couple days due to some swelling around my vocal cords and I needed to be reminded to be patient! Thank you for all you do, my team is so excited to be a part of this!

  You’re welcome—glad you found it helpful! I can relate… had to rest my voice TONS this past month and it was a challenge! But patience truly is our best friend… rest does wonders for the voice, so I’m sure your voice will be firing on all cylinders when you get back to it! Glad to have your team on board! 🙂
