My poor cats flinch during the pharyngeal exercises…they don’t get to hear the full benefit on Sunday at church😂

Really great workout!
-Your “bad examples” are always the best! The “wanh” that you demonstrated was so helpful to understand how you can sing the exercise but still not be in the proper resonance. We definitely need to commit to the “ugly” sound to do it right.
-Learned a lot from how you coached the lady (Hepsiba) that was dominant in head voice – just to see how strong her chest voice actually was when speaking out the lyrics and the “Buh” was awesome. Her voice sounded super light at first but she actually has a powerful voice in there. It’s always so amazing and encouragement to see the potential any singer can have! Watching you coach, I can see that it takes a lot of encouragement, demonstration and reassurance to get them to commit to the sound we are asking them to make but it definitely works!

Wow what a great workout! I definitely have to think about this a lot more then I do the Sunday morning workout for example. I will come back to this one for sure!

Good workout at the beginning. I can feel that my voice is changing in the mix voice and head a lot easier, the more I work at it.

I loved the variation of the scale exercises!

My lightbulb moment was when you were working with the singer at the end, seeing how much you have to work sometimes to pull things out of somebody. The overexaggerating and trying alllll the different things to get the result you want.

This was great!
